1. Order Processing Time

Custom wigs or made-to-order items: 5–10 business days (or as specified in the product description)

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped using your selected shipping method. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on the way.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

5. Custom Wigs & Special Orders
Custom wigs may require additional processing time before shipping. This will be clearly noted on the product page.
Custom items are made to order and cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.
6. Shipping Delays
Enchanting Beauty Co is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Weather disruptions

Carrier delays

Customs or border processing (for international orders)
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is:

Lost in transit: Contact us after 7 business days (U.S.) or 21 business days (international)

Marked as delivered but not received: Check with neighbors or your local post office first

Damaged upon arrival: Notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but we are not liable for packages once marked as delivered.

8. International Orders & Customs

9. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once an order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the address.
