Custom Orders & Wigs

  • Custom wigs may require additional processing time.

  • No refunds are issued for custom or made-to-order items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect (see Refund Policy).

4. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed securely via third-party services like Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.

  • We do not store or have access to your full credit/debit card information.
