Thank you for shopping with Enchanting Beauty Co. We value your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and salon experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before booking a service or placing an order.
1. Hair Products & Wig Sales
Due to the hygienic and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. This includes:

Hair bundles
-
Wigs (custom or pre-made)

Frontals, closures, and clip-ins
-
Hair accessories or styling products
We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges unless:

You received the wrong item

The item arrived damaged or defective
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, including:

Your order number

Clear photos of the item and packaging

A description of the issue
We will investigate and, if applicable, offer a replacement or store credit.

The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
2. Custom Wig Orders
All custom wig sales are final. Once a custom order has been submitted and production has started, we cannot issue a refund or cancel the order.
Please double-check your measurements, lace color, and styling preferences before submitting your order.
3. Salon Services
We do not offer refunds on completed salon services.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with a service you received, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We may offer:

A complimentary correction session

A discounted follow-up appointment

Store credit (at our discretion)
Refunds for services will only be considered in rare cases and are issued solely at the discretion of management.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hrs in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
Product Orders

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are marked as processing or shipped.

Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
5. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers

Weather conditions
-
Customs or international issues

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
